Begin your 2026 NFFS Industry Executive Conference experience with an evening designed to set the tone for "Serious Business, Island Style!" Join fellow attendees on Friday night for our Welcome Reception & Dinner — the perfect combination of warm hospitality, meaningful connection and relaxed island ambiance. Guests will be welcomed by the Puerto Rican rhythms as Traditional Pleneros (musicians playing percussion and wind instruments) fill the air; a contagious beat announcing the start of a cultural celebration can be heard from a distance. Friendly traditional festival characters such as Vejigantes, Cabezudos (Big Heads) will provide a cheerful welcome and colorful photo opportunity.

NFFS Day at Palomino Island

Indulge in the ultimate beach experience with NFFS! This private 100-acre island getaway with pristine white sand is nestled in the Caribbean and available exclusively to NFFS attendees and guests for "NFFS Day at Palomino Island!" Following a brief, complimentary and resort-operated ferry from the marina; a unique experience awaits as you step onto the immaculate, powdery white sand where the gentle lapping of crystal-clear turquoise waves invites tranquility and relaxation.
"NFFS Day at Palomino Island" will include the cool sounds of a live Caribbean Steel Band, a Beach Party lunch buffet and a complimentary beer & wine bar. As a special treat, guests can enjoy a traditional snow cone from the Piragua station. Simply sit back and be served your favorite frozen snow cone flavor right on the shore, where the soft sands cradle your feet. Rows of comfortable lounge chairs and shaded umbrellas are thoughtfully placed along the shoreline for your convenience and enjoyment.
Erick Känd Comedy Hypnosis Show

NFFS will be jumping with fun, laughter and definite foolishness as Master Hypnotist Erick Känd excites the audience with his hilarious Comedy Hypnosis show. During the show, self-selecting volunteers will undergo a complete transformation. The pandemonium is all great fun and will have the audience laughing non-stop from start to finish during this special appearance.
What specifically happens all depends on Stage Hypnotist Erick Känd. He explains, "The Hypnosis Show is very unique entertainment and has been called one of the greatest shows on earth. It combines the fun of total audience participation with the incredible abilities of the mind. You will laugh and applaud for your friends up on stage as you have never seen them before. For instance, the quietest introvert will often times become the brightest star." Of course, for this performance, Erick will be presenting Hypnosis strictly for fun and entertainment. "Hypnotizing individuals is a process that begins with the volunteer's approval," he explained. "Nobody can be hypnotized against their will."
We asked Erick, "Can anyone be hypnotized?" He replied, "Every person that has the desire can be hypnotized. It’s worth mentioning that nobody is ever forced to participate on stage. The traditional hypnotic show in the past was humor at the expense of the audience members, but during my show I make the audience members the stars. We highlight and accentuate the talents and creativity of our volunteers. We do nothing to embarrass them…I know that may disappoint a few individuals! We’re going to have some laughs from beginning to end, but no one is going to do anything that they’ll regret.”

NFFS Annual Meeting & Closing Dinner

Our signature evening event serves as both the official annual meeting of the Society and the fitting finale to the 2026 Industry Executive Conference.
This special gathering brings together NFFS leadership, members and guests to honor our accomplishments, reflect on the past year and set the course for the year ahead. During dinner, members will participate in the election and ratification of the 2026–2027 NFFS Officers and Directors, receive updates on the Society’s progress and strategic initiatives and hear remarks from NFFS 2026 President, George Mugford, Bunting Bearings, LLC as he completes his term and welcomes NFFS Incoming President, Cathy Dolan, Calumet Brass Foundry, Inc.
And in true conference tradition, the evening will conclude with an exciting announcement revealing the location of the 2027 NFFS Industry Executive Conference—a moment you won't want to miss. A DJ will provide music and entertainment for the evening. A memorable night of fellowship, recognition, forward momentum and ... dancing — a perfect close to our event where we conduct "Serious Business, Island Style!"

Explore these amazing organisms up close as our professional eco guides take you to discover all its secrets. Learn how this fragile and unique ecosystem maintains a perfect balance of life, and what you can do to protect such a special place. Our 2-hour bio bay kayak tour includes interesting interpretations about the reserve fragile ecology, star constellations, and a fascinating encounter with billions of bioluminescent organisms. Rainforest Zipline Adventure ($)

Join us as we visit Zipline Park at El Yunque National Rainforest in Puerto Rico and experience beautiful hiking trails, 11 carbon fiber ziplines, and a rappel! Zip through lush tropical rainforest views. This zipline tour in Puerto Rico is a must-do adventure! The nature walk involves a short hike through easy access paths, where you receive information about El Yunque National Forest and have a closer look at our breathtaking natural pools! Throughout your rainforest zipline adventure, you enjoy aerial views of the lush flora alongside our talented and lively guides. 100% secure and fun!
This tour includes ground transportation to and from El Conquistador Resort, safety equipment and guided staff. Suggested attire includes comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes (with good traction) and a hat or cap. Weight limit is 275 lbs and a waistline of 42" or below. Ages 7 and up; minors must be accompanied by an adult. Women that are expecting and people with recent back surgery should not participate. Price inclusive of tax and gratuity.
Lockers are available at the facility check-in area. The tour starts with a nature walk, which is a 10-minute hike through easy access paths. You have to walk short distances during the rest of the zip line tour, and there are approximately 40 stairs throughout the whole course. Participants must be able to walk without assistance.

Relax, swim and snorkel in crystal clear waters, enjoy of a variety of tropical snacks, and do a little exploration on our white sand beaches! Our “Island Hop and Snorkel" trip will take you to discover the absolute best snorkeling grounds in Puerto Rico! Because of our zippy mini boats, we can get to snorkeling spots that few visitors of Puerto Rico experience.
Swim among schools of colorful tropical fish, and learn about the wonders of the underwater world, while snorkeling with our professional eco-guides! Afterwards, enjoy a delicious fresh fish lunch with a view.This tour includes ground transportation to and from El Conquistador Resort, professional tour guide, bottled water and snacks.
