Foundry insurance data collection period extended to April 12

Following the initial call for member participation, the Non-Ferrous Founders' Society (NFFS) has extended its property and casualty insurance data collection effort until April 12, 2024. The survey seeks to address growing concerns surrounding the availability and affordability of property and casualty (P&C) insurance coverage for nonferrous foundries.

Recognizing the critical role of member input in shaping strategies for the industry's future, NFFS urges all members to actively participate by April 12. The survey, designed to gather specific information on coverage lines, carriers, and premiums, is vital for identifying actionable solutions to support the P&C insurance needs of nonferrous foundries.

NFFS has rigorous safeguards established to protect sensitive member information and is committed to protecting our members' data. All information gathered will be encrypted, securely stored, and treated as confidential information. Data will only be combined with other relevant information for analytical purposes, and only a unified dataset will be used for analysis and shared with any potential approved partners. We assure you that no individual or company-specific data will ever be released or disclosed by our organization without explicit consent.

For additional information or to participate in the survey, members are encouraged to reach out to Jerrod Weaver.
