Biden Administration releases Fall 2023 Regulatory Agenda

On December 6, 2023, the federal Fall 2023 Unified Regulatory Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions (Regulatory Agenda) was released and contains a list and description of the active rulemakings and regulatory priorities of each federal Department and agency.
