Thankful for our NFFS Community

Posted By: Brianna Gianti Industry, NFFS,

As I step into my new role in business development for NFFS, I couldn’t imagine a better time to begin than during the season of Thanksgiving. In just my first week, I’ve learned how deeply valuable NFFS membership is—not only for the resources and advocacy it provides, but for the sense of community it fosters. Much like gathering around a Thanksgiving table, our members bring diverse strengths, experiences, and perspectives that enrich the entire association and industry.

What has stood out most is the generosity and collaboration that defines our network. Whether members are seeking technical guidance, workforce development, or industry advocacy, each contributes to a shared purpose: advancing the foundry industry together. This spirit of unity and support is something I’m truly grateful for, and it inspires me to help strengthen these connections even further.

Looking ahead, I will begin digging even further into member value, engagement, marketing and much more. I’d love to hear directly from you. Just as Thanksgiving is about sharing stories and building bonds, over the next month I will be personally reaching out to each of you to hear your stories and get to know each of you. However, if you’d like to set-up something sooner, I invite you to schedule time with me through my Calendly link. Together, we can discuss your priorities, explore opportunities, and ensure your NFFS membership continues to deliver meaningful value. I’m thankful to be part of this community and excited to work alongside you in the months and years ahead.
