Rancocas, NJ — March 31, 2026 — Inductotherm Corp. announced today the retirement of Charles H. Fink, Jr., Vice President of Customer Relations & Training, marking the conclusion of an extraordinary 63-year career with the company. Mr. Fink’s retirement is effective March 31, 2026.
Mr. Fink joined Inductotherm in 1963, beginning a career distinguished by deep technical expertise, unwavering dedication, and an enduring commitment to customers and colleagues alike. Over more than six decades, he served the company in a wide range of roles, including manufacturing, field service, sales management, customer relations, and executive leadership. His career ultimately culminated in a senior advisory role focused primarily on internal employee training, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of Inductotherm professionals.
Throughout his tenure, Mr. Fink became widely respected for his mastery of induction melting and heating technology, as well as his ability to translate complex technical principles into practical knowledge. He led and developed comprehensive training programs for service engineers, district managers, shop personnel, and customers, ensuring Inductotherm’s high standards of quality, safety, and performance were consistently upheld worldwide.
