Reserve your room through the NFFS hotel booking link. Hotel reservations are separate from conference registration.
NFFS room rate: The average rate is $279 per night plus taxes & fees.
Reservation deadline: The NFFS room rate is available through January 15, 2027.
Plan to Stay Sunday Evening.
IEC closes with an evening aboard the USS Midway on Sunday, February 21, from 5–10 p.m. Keep the closing celebration in mind when booking your hotel and return travel, and review your registration package for event access.

Can I register a colleague or guest?
Yes, you can register a colleague or guest. Please ensure you have all of the necessary contact information available during the registration process.
What payment options are available?
Credit card payment is accepted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration is fully transferable through the event date. Refunds will be offered as follows:
•100% refund through January 11, 2027
•50% refund from January 11 – February 8, 2027
•No refunds after February 8, 2027
