As part of NFFS 2026 Industry Executive Conference, NFFS has partnered with First-Class Destination Solutions to provide round-trip ground transportation services for all guests and attendees at a discounted rate. NFFS is pleased to offer Round-Trip Ground Transportation at $225.00 per person round-trip, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Arrival and Departure Procedures
To provide a smooth Arrival & Departure process please follow these simple procedures:
Domestic Arrivals: Upon your arrival at the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU), please proceed downstairs to the lower level of the terminal to the Baggage Claim Area where you will see staff from First-Class Destination Solutions holding our "NFFS" sign.
Please identify yourself with First-Class Destination Solutions and they will escort you to the waiting transportation. If you do not see our staff, please stay inside the terminal until you have made contact.
Please Note: You will be traveling with some of your colleagues, so please be on time! Due to airport Union Laws, First-Class Destination Solutions is not allowed to remove baggage from the luggage conveyor belts at any time.
If you need assistance with your luggage, they can put you in contact with a Skycap member to assist you further. There is a fee for Skycap service.

Day of Departure Services: Your departure from El Conquistator Resort will be based on (3) three hours prior to your flight's departure time. We have set the times for you, which includes transfer time from the resort to the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU).
It is important to be on time and be in the lobby area Porto Cochere 10-15 minutes prior to your pickup time. Remember that there may be other colleagues traveling with you to the airport, so it is important to be on time.
IMPORTANT: Once at the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU), upon entering the terminals, please see the USDA Agriculture Inspection sign and all luggage and bags MUST go through the pre-screening process first where they tag your bags and then you may proceed to airline counters and/or TSA inspection.
If you miss this inspection, you will have to go back to that process and begin again!
With the time remaining before your flight, grab a bite to eat or something to drink or do some shopping in the duty-free stores before departing.
