Exhibitor Registration

STEP ONE: Table Registration

Tabletop exhibit space registration rates:

• NFFS Associate members: FREE
• Non-members: $1,800 

Non-member exhibitors: Submit your table registration first, then wait to receive confirmation of your new Associate membership before registering your attendees. This will allow you to access member registration rates for your attendees. 

Electrical service available for $250 during the tabletop registration process. 

STEP TWO: Exhibitor Attendee Registration

Exhibitor attendees can register for only the exhibit hours or for the full conference, and they are invited to bring a spouse or other non-industry guest.

Exhibitor Policies

Cancellation Policy
NFFS will offer 100% refunds on exhibit registration fees through Monday, January 19, 2026. We will offer 50% refund from January 20 – February 16. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after February 16.

Photography/Video Policy
No photograph or video is permitted in the exhibit hall without the explicit consent of the exhibitor. By registering for the Industry Executive Conference all exhibitors and attendees give permission to NFFS and its contracted parties to publish photos or video taken at the Industry Executive Conference for promotional purposes. All photos/videos taken during the IEC are the property of NFFS. 

Shipping

SOME HELPFUL SHIPPING TIPS:

All packages should be sent a minimum of 5–10 working days in advance.

FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express, DHL do not have Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

The commercial invoice and a copy of the Bill of Lading must be faxed to Shipping & Receiving at El Conquistador Resort.

Shipment must be consigned to the Convention or the guest attending the convention, c/o El Conquistador Resort.

It is important that the Shipping & Receiving Department is notified of the above-mentioned information before any equipment or articles are shipped.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Box Moving/delivery assistance is available from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm daily.
After hours requirements will be assessed a charge of $30.00 per man, per hour.

CHARGES:
There will be a box/package handling charge of $40.00 per 100 pounds or fraction of all boxes/packages received for groups. An 11.50% tax will apply.  The first 30 pounds are complimentary.  All shipping charges will be charged to the Exhibitor following the conclusion of the conference.

Unscheduled movement of boxes that requires the service of El Conquistador Resort Bell Staff, will incur a $3 per box charge.

NOTE:
Containers or Trucks left in the Loading Space are billed at $150.00 per day.
Containers or Trucks left in the Loading Area are billed at $100.00 per day
Containers or Trucks left in the Employee Parking Lot are billed at $75.00 per day.

Return Shipments

It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to arrange for transportation of booth materials after the event with any carrier they choose. Exhibitors should schedule pickups directly with their chosen carrier as well as provide carrier specific shipping labels, if required by your carrier, for pickup.
