The Non-Ferrous Founders’ Society (NFFS) is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to join our professional team. This position will play a critical role in growing the Society’s membership, expanding program participation, and driving industry engagement with NFFS initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading membership recruitment and retention for the Society

• Managing the Society's affinity programs for members and partners

• Driving industry participation in the ICON program foundries, forges, and machine shops
