NFFS Seeking Candidates for Two Available Staff Positions

The Non-Ferrous Founders’ Society (NFFS) is currently seeking candidates for two full-time, remote staff positions that support our growing work in workforce development, member engagement, and industry leadership. These roles offer the opportunity to make a tangible impact on U.S. manufacturing while working closely with foundries, industry partners, and the broader NFFS community.
Talent Pipeline Program (TPP) Network Coach
NFFS is seeking a mission-driven professional to serve as a Talent Pipeline Program Network Coach, supporting foundries nationwide through the U.S. Navy’s Talent Pipeline Program. This is a highly hands-on, relationship-focused role working directly with foundry leadership and workforce teams to strengthen hiring, training, and retention systems. The ideal candidate understands manufacturing culture, enjoys coaching employers through real-world workforce challenges, and values accountability and measurable outcomes. This full-time, remote position includes up to 20% travel and offers a competitive salary and benefits. Application deadline: Monday, February 2.
Communications and Operations Manager
NFFS is also hiring a Communications and Operations Manager to play a central role in how the Society communicates, operates, and serves its members. This position blends communications leadership, membership and event support, brand and publication management, and operational and financial tracking across NFFS programs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail, comfortable managing systems and technology platforms, and motivated by improving processes over time. This full-time, remote position includes up to 30% travel and offers a competitive salary and benefits. Application deadline: Monday, February 16, 2026.
