The Non-Ferrous Founders' Society Foundry Industry Executive Conference and 2017 Annual Meeting is the most popular Society meeting of the year. Typical attendees include foundry owners, operators and top management executives from ferrous and non-ferrous foundries throughout North America. With ample opportunity for face-to-face contact with key industry executives, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your company and build relationships with your target demographic!

 The Tabletop Exhibit fee is $2,500. The 2017 Tabletop fee includes:

  • Includes one (1) full meeting registration and includes all business sessions, planned meals and social functions for one staff member. Additional staff may attend for an additional fee of $1,495/person ($1,595 after September 8).  Staff spouses may register at the Spouse Registration rate of $995 ($1,095 after September 8).
  • Includes one 10’ exhibit space with one 6' x 30" draped table in the exhibit room (popup/backdrop displays are permitted)
  • Your company literature provided to conference attendees in the meeting materials
  • Your company information and literature incorporated into the meeting smart phone app
  • Recognition in event promotional materials and Society publications as event participants
  • Table location will be assigned by NFFS

Hotel Accommodations, Additional Staff/Spouse Registration, and Optional Activities are not included in the Exhibit fee. Exhibitors are welcome to participate in Monday golf tournament or other optional activities (see below).

2017 TABLETOP CANCELLATION POLICIES: Reservation deposit is non-refundable and must be received before requested space can be assigned. The balance of the Tabletop Fee is subject to the Conference Registration Cancellation Policy. Tabletop Fees must be paid in full by August 31, 2017 to avoid registration cancellation or relocation of space. Hotel Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to avoid forfeiture of first night’s deposit.

If you have supplies for your tabletop exhibit that you wish to ship directly to the hotel, please ship them to:

The Hammock Beach Resort charges the following handling fees:

  • $6 handling fee per box
  • $10 handling fee for items over 108” in any director and/or over 100 lbs.
  • $75 handling fee for shrink-wrapped pallets

NFFS staff will be on hand during exhibit tear-down to assist with the return shipment process for any exhibitors who need to ship back supplies.  Exhibitors are responsible for applicable return shipping charges.

Golf tournament is limited to 32 players. Registrations will be honored on a first come, first served basis.

The Founders' Classic Golf Tournament is a shotgun start single player tournament perfect for players of all skill levels. Prizes include the ED WYRWAS low gross trophy, as well as Men's Longest Drive, Lady's Longest Drive, Straightest Drive and Closest to the Pin. Registration includes green fees, a round of 18 holes, shared cart rental, bag storage and use of the practice range. Rental clubs extra.

About the Ocean Course
This top 100 golf course not only winds along pristine wetlands and sparkling lakes, but also plays six holes directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The course concludes with a thrilling finale dubbed "The Bear Claw" - a collection of four daunting holes precariously edging the sweeping coastline. The Ocean Course received a ranking as one of Florida's Top 5 courses. This course is truly "Florida's Ocean Course!"

Your Culinary Guide explains how certain foods made their way to the New World and played a role in shaping the foodie scene here in the nation's oldest city. Enjoy the historic district's best hot-spots for food, friends and fun.


You'll be presented with a special selection from the chef at each of the places we visit, created specifically for our NFFS tour. At least 5 - 6 tasting venues will include sit-down restaurants, cafes, gourmet food boutiques, and more. There's simply NO better way to experience Saint Augustine and all of its cultural flavors. Come hungry, this excursion definitely replaces a meal... or two! Wear comfortable shoes, this is a limited walking tour.
