Every year, TRI data are submitted by certain industrial facilities and made available to the public. Facilities that meet certain criteria must submit a TRI Form R (long form) for each TRI-listed chemical they manufacture, process or otherwise use in quantities above the reporting threshold. Facilities may be eligible to submit a shorter version of the TRI form (Form A) if the chemical being reported is NOT a persistent, bioaccumulative, toxic (PBT) chemical and meets other requirements. Facilities must submit their TRI reports using the TRI-MEweb, EPA’s online TRI reporting application.

Join NFFS for a review of the EPA’s TRI reporting program and a discussion on how to complete the R Form, how to estimate your chemical generation quantities, and how to submit the data using the EPA online reporting system. This is the perfect webinar to refresh your understanding on the TRI program, whether you file every year or are new to the TRI reporting requirements.
