NEW! DECREASED Registration Fees, Expanded Agenda
How often do you hear that conference prices have decreased while the activities have increased? NFFS has done it! This year’s First Attendee registration price has been reduced by $300, and the Additional Attendee and Spouse/Guest rates are down $100, compared to previous years. Even better, we have added an opening keynote session on Saturday afternoon prior to the Welcome Reception. Keep reading for more about our keynote speaker.

Employee Recruitment & Retention Panel Discussion
Our panel of foundry industry leaders, including Andrew Renkey of V-Process Aluminum Foundry Group, Sachin Shivaram of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, and Karen Weber of Batesville Products Inc., will engage in an open dialogue about their experiences, triumphs, and challenges in hiring and retaining employees, and will discuss some of the recruitment strategies they have implemented in their own foundries. Jeff Korzenik, national advocate for second chance employment programs, will join panel as a special guest. You will have the opportunity to ask questions of the panel and will leave with new ideas to consider as you work on your own hiring practices.

“NFFSocial”: Casino Night!
Our Sunday evening Casino Night will be a Las Vegas themed event where you get to experience the fun and excitement of playing in a real casino, coupled with the “high-roller” feel you would expect from a live NFFS event! All meeting attendees will receive a bankroll to start, and can earn additional funds by interacting with our tabletop exhibitors or by making a purchase from our cashier. All funds raised at the Casino Night will go to benefit the NFFS Scholarship Program.

Expanded Tabletop Exhibition
Discovering new technologies and innovative approaches is essential for your business to remain competitive. Who better to learn from than the subject-matter experts representing those vendor companies? The NFFS 2022 Industry Executive Conference includes an expanded tabletop exhibition to help foundries identify new products, services and suppliers to help them remain up-to-date regarding technological developments within our industry. NFFS Associate Members—don’t forget that you receive a FREE tabletop exhibit space as part of your NFFS membership! For information, visit

NEW! Opening Keynote with Humorist Greg Schwem
As a comedian who has opened concerts for stars ranging from Keith Urban, to Celine Dion, to Enrique Iglesias, Greg Schwem has seen how rock and roll is really a business. Like your business. In short? Every company and employee has “rock star” potential, and Greg will show you how to achieve that potential in a presentation that combines hilarious comedy, live concert footage and a musical soundtrack.

“The Economic Outlook for Foundries in the Post-COVID Era”
With the U.S. economy quickly recovering from the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is time to re-evaluate how the economy is operating in an era of unprecedented government stimulus spending, supply chain disruption and dramatic labor shortages. Connor Lokar of ITR Economics will review short-term and long-term economic forecasts for the U.S. and global economies, review business cycle phases, and identify trends in leading economic indicators which can provide insights on how inflation, interest rates and taxes might affect your foundry in the future.

NFFSports: Cornhole Tournament
The NFFS Cornhole Tournament is the perfect way to spend a warm, sunny afternoon in southwest Florida! Whether you are an avid cornhole enthusiast, or have never “tossed bags” in your life, this is the perfect opportunity to have some fun with your industry colleagues while participating in one of America’s fastest growing amateur sports.
