Tabletop Exhibition

The NFFS 2022 Industry Executive Conference once again includes the important tabletop exhibition to help foundries identify new products, services and suppliers to help them remain up-to-date regarding technological developments within our industry. As always, the schedule allows ample opportunity for networking between exhibitors and attendees.



Exhibit Hours

Sunday, February 13, 2022, 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.
Sunday, February 13, 2022, 10:00 – 10:30 a.m.

Monday, February 14, 2022, 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.
Monday, February 14, 2022, 10:00  10:30 a.m.

Exhibit hours from 7-8 a.m. coincide with breakfast, which takes place in the exhibit hall. 10-10:30 a.m. exhibit hours coincide with the coffee break in the exhibit hall. Exhibit setup will take place on Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 1-4 p.m.

Exhibitor Information

A Tabletop Exhibit Registration includes: one 6-ft. x 30-in. draped table with two chairs, up to two (2) Exhibitor-Only registrations (does not include education sessions or social events), and continental breakfast coffee breaks. Electric service is available for a fee of $150 (includes both days). Pop-up and backdrop displays are permitted. Exhibit spaces are limited to one tabletop per company. Tabletop Exhibit Registration Fees: NFFS Associate Members receive a Tabletop Exhibit Registration included with membership. Non-members may pay $1,350 to purchase a one-year Associate Membership and Exhibit Registration (you will be directed to fill out an Associate Membership application after filling out the exhibit registration form).

Exhibit Personnel

To allow maximum flexibility for companies of all sizes and budgets, an Exhibit Registration does not include full conference registrations for exhibit personnel. However we encourage exhibitors to register to attend the full conference if they are able. A full registration includes access to the education sessions, evening social events, and NFFS Annual Meeting. See Full Conference Registration rates HERE.

NOTE:  In addition to the Exhibit Registration, all exhibitors must register the employees who will be staffing their exhibit, whether they will attend as Exhibitor-Only registrants or Full Conference attendees.
