NFFS guarantees that all NQS9000 enrolled metal casters will pass an ISO9001:2008 QMS registration audit on their first attempt, provided that the client allows NFFS to conduct the pre-audit and the client resolves any discovered non-conformances.
If an audit failure does occur, NFFS will pay for the follow-up audit(s) necessary to achieve ISO9001 registration. Guarantee is valid for any U.S. RAB accredited QMS registrar, and for NFFS's Quality System Registrar (NQSR).
