The NFFS Program Committee has worked to develop a very strong and relevant speaker lineup for this year’s meeting.  Bryan Dodge will provide the opening session on Saturday afternoon. For more than 25 years, Bryan Dodge and the Dodge Development team have inspired people and organizations to achieve their full potential. In every presentation, Bryan gives clients an inspiring, educational and actionable experience. Bryan blends an engaging, energized approach with practical techniques and tools that empower clients to immediately start tapping their full potential.

Other topics and speakers include:
William Strauss, Chief Economist for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago will provide a review of US macroeconomics, and a look at future economic trends;
Sagar Pandya, Senior Consultant for Middleground Technologies will provide a very timely presentation on Cyber Security Strategies for Small Businesses;
Tom Mueller, President of Mueller Additive Manufacturing Solutions helps answer the question “Will 3-D Printing Make Metal Casting Obsolete?”;
Hunter Lott, top rated speaker from last year’s meeting, will return once again this year to discuss additional HR issues and how they are affecting employers;
David Ross with the Hayes Companies of Indiana will discuss risk pool management, and how to develop a winning health care plan.  David may also be able to provide an update depending on what happens with the Senate BCRA act between now and then;
• Last, but certainly not least, Skip and Martha Guimond will provide common sense strategies for how to address a wide variety of OSHA and EPA issues, with Silica being at the top of the list!

In addition, meeting attendees will have the opportunity to visit with industry leading suppliers as part of the tabletop exhibition conducted during the provided morning breakfasts and coffee breaks.

The conference program provides plenty of opportunity for attendees to rest and relax, or to participate in one of the many available planned social activities.  The 21st Annual "Founders’ Classic" Golf Tournament will be held on the Ocean Course at Hammock Beach, in the top 5 of all golf courses in the state. The tournament is a shotgun start stroke play tournament, and the team ball competition returns again this year. There is even a non-tournament option for more casual golfers to enjoy.

The Bluewater Adventure CraigCat Catamaran Tour is more fun to ride than it is to say! Tour St. Augustine from the water in your 2-person state of the art personal catamaran that offers all the responsiveness and stability of a larger boat. The 3-hour tour will allow you plenty of time to enjoy the thrilling experience and see Castillo de San Marcos, The Great Cross, Fort Matanzas, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse from the water.

The St. Augustine Savory Faire Food & Wine Tasting tour is available and exclusive for NFFS meeting attendees only!  Spend the afternoon exploring St. Augustine’s quaint downtown area while your culinary guide explains how certain foods made their way to the New World and influenced the local cuisine. You'll be presented with a special selection from the chef at each of the places we visit, created specifically for our NFFS tour. At least 5 - 6 tasting venues will include sit-down restaurants, cafes, gourmet food boutiques, and more. There's simply NO better way to experience Saint Augustine and all of its cultural flavors.

Our Sunday Night dinner is a private event at the Marineland Dolphin Adventure facility. NFFS members will enjoy a private cocktail reception and dinner alongside the dolphin tanks and exhibits, with plenty of opportunity to network and socialize.

On Monday evening, NFFS will host the Society’s annual meeting, including an evening cocktail reception and dinner.  NFFS President Steve Horvath of Brost Foundry will provide the Society’s Annual Operating Report, and comment on the state of the Society.

Early bird discounts are available until September 8th. However, several of the optional social activities and tours have limited availability, so register early!  NFFS also offers first time attendee discounts, and multiple attendees from the same company are also eligible for reduced registration fees. Contact the NFFS offices for additional information.
